The staff at DragonBallZ: The Destruction is Real has been working hard for these last two weeks organizing and preparing for this revamp, and it has finally happened. Shred18 has pumped out some major skins that are fantastic looking. We have updated the site's character screens, gameplay shots, levels, FAQ, and added an about section which will go more in-depth on the modification for Jedi Knight. We will also be releasing some new gameplay movies and such within the next few weeks. Be sure to check back for updates.
If you haven't noticed, I really, really enjoy this game! I strongly suggest you at least download the demo (from Croteam). If you like it, go spend the mere $20 that it costs to buy. Both the map editor (Serious Editor - used to create all the levels in Serious Sam) and the modeler (Serious Modeler - used to create all the models and animations in Serious Sam) were released for free on the game CD.

Description: This mod was originally intended to make every animation in JK "silly." Due to lack of interest it died. It is compatible with many mods, such as KWP. This is in no way meant to be a gameplay mod: it is meant for a few seconds of fun. This was my very first mod and the animations are quite crumby, but I was proud of them when I made them so this is submitted so they won’t go to waste. There are new animations for fowards, backwards, left strafe, right strafe, crouch, jump, fall, land, and activate.

Description: Once, a city had a tower built to store water. It was a majestic site. The designer, Mahki Sheebe, was particulary proud of the ventilation system that supported the tower. Unfortunately, after construction, a major design flaw was discovered: as the tank filled up with water, so would the control room. It was decided the tower was to be knocked down, and Mahki was surely ruined. At the last minute, however, a young buisness man bought the tower to be used for tournaments and fights. Now, the tower is waiting, waiting for one brave enough to enter.
This level is a small/medium level for 2 to 4 players. It is recommended to be played on higher-end machines. Only a Jedi with the neutral force powers has any hope of leaving the level with a score above 0! It is hard to camp as each area is joined to the level in many ways. I hope you enjoy playing this level as much as I enjoyed making it!

I did manage to spend some time on the construction, but am unable to complete or work out any bugs it may have due to computer problems. Who knows, I might submit the finished version later. Description: This is a big multiplayer level set on a remote planet where all fully-trained Jedi go to continue their training. It’s a valley with 4 rivers running into it, meeting in a lake on the main level (the lake has a shark in it). There is also a canyon leading up to a temple room; use the Force to find it. The level is a saber level for the most part, but all you gunners out there can go in with Force 4 and find guns & ammo. To play HiDDeN VaLLeY you need a 3D acceleration card; it's very hard on slow computers (that means all you framerate elite turn on your 3d cards... you have them, use them). I hope you all have as much fun playing it as I had making it. Peace

Description: This is a medium sized Jedi Knight level, designed especially for those who like to hide and sniper. Every weapon is available except the concussion rifle, since this is mostly closed-quarters fighting. Like I said, there a lots of places to hide, whether it be on one of the castle buildings or the many cracks and holesto snipe through. If you played the first one, this one's even better: new 3DOs, new start layout, texture rearrangement. If you have questions on editing just drop a me a line up on that e-mail button.

Description: This is a follow-up to my last mod that I released two days ago, Halfman's Sabers. I have simply added two (hopefully) cooler sabers. One is intended to look as though it is made of blood, the other is just supposed to look cool. Criticism is to be expected, although keep in mind I haven't been making mods long. Description: You pant with fear as you walk into the musty room. You step into the arena with full hope and then it comes: a shrieking whistle. Moments later a stream of paintballs graze by your head and you know you're pinned.
This small/medium paintball level introduces some new effects. It includes more realistic textures and in two added arenas, Darkness and Strobe. The Darkness arena must be played with care because stealth is key.. if you pull out a light saber you will reveal your position for sure. The Strobe arena adds a "high" feeling from the flickering lights every where. This is still in progress and I haven't been able to get it to look exactly how I want it yet, but like it says this is a beta. Some of the JK textures are still to be changed; I just have done so much that I decided to release another version so I can get some more feedback before going on again.

As some of you already know, the JK version of the latest release (0.23) has been postponed indefinately. This is due to some serious problems with the current code that works fine in MotS, but refuses to run in JK. The only way to fix this is to totally rewrite the code from scratch. This is not necesarily a bad thing, as there's a lot of useless code in there. This rewrite would also be for the MotS version. What I'd like from you guys is a list of 'must have' suggestions to incorporate into the rewrite. Join in the discussion and add your suggestions here. Its kind of sad I guess, but at least it will have cleaner code and we can have both a JK and MotS version. Good luck Rbots team.
I have made a major decision regarding my Pirate Recon level. Every pirate you battle in the level will be unique. You may see the same skin more than once, but something will be significantly different (different weapons for example). Even seeing the same skin used will be very rare. Lots of the pirates will be based on Al McDonald's great skins, but many of them will not.Thats a very unique aspect of an SP, and I look forward to it. On another note, he has been producing new enemies for this level like a mad person, and you really should check out the screen shots. They're amazing. So do it, which means you'll have to click here.
I think I used up all of my commas.

Description: The Massassi Temple CTF Pack has finally arrived, featuring the best Capture the Flag levels the likes of which the JK community has never laid eyes on. For a complete list of the levels and authors, as well as quite a few screenshots, please click here.
Like anything, however, it takes a lot of people to put it on and make it great. First and foremost, I'd like to thank all those who entered the contest: Mormegil, ctsketch, Raynar, Takimoto, Jkguy_009, DeTRiTiC-iQ, and MaDaVentor. These few brave souls ventured where not many JK editors have gone before: CTF. Their effort and commitment to the community are what made this possible. All of them are winners in my book.
Second, I'd like to thank all of my judges (you know who you are). It takes a lot to judge CTF levels, especially considering that the gameplay sometimes just doesn't work by yourself or with only one other person. If it weren't for your commitment as well, this would have never been possible either.
And finally I thank you, the people, for presenting this new idea and following through with it. I think I can honestly say the voice of the people today is heard with the release of this pack. Perhaps now CTF can become more widespread in the community, on the Zone, and amongst ourselves. Kudos, everyone.

Description: This is my first mod, and I call it JK Unlimited. In this mod, ammo, mana boosts, bacta containers, and battery power-ups are a thing of the past. Any Force powers you have won't drain your mana when used. The IR Goggles and the Field Light don't drain battery power, so since you start out with a few battery units, you'll never need more battery. Also the same with bacta: you don't run out once you have at least one container. Probably the best part, though, are the guns. Now all you need is the gun itself, and you'll never run out of ammo! Some Force powers are now more powerful, also. Read the readme for all the details. By the way, this mod works fine in multiplayer. Also, please note that in the screenshots Kyle has fired yet he is still at full power.
Before you rate this, two things:
1. This is my first mod and when this was posted I was kind of new to JK editing.
2. I know people have done things like this before, but just remember, it does exactly what it's supposed to, no more, no less.

Description: This CTF level is a symmetric and somewhat larger one, which means gameplay is even for both teams and is best for at least 4 players. Open spaces and tight spaces make for some fun gun battles. The bases are easy to get into to get the flag, but they are also easy to defend!! =)
I started making this for the CTF Level Contest but when I saw what I was up against, I reconsidered. If you're looking for eye candy, you won't get much here. I made the level for gameplay in mind. There is a Light and Dark surge, but those are the only Force power-ups. No Force (NF) was in mind for this level.

Description: This level was derived from the original Canyon Oasis. It has been fitted with more guns and ammunition, with a similar balance with that of the well-known but difficult-to-find Ji Oasis. Since some of the textures in this level are 16-bit mats, you must have a graphics card that supports these higher-quality images. This level also has a special attribute, that if enabled, will give you a third-person (camera view) crosshair that is very suitable for this level. To enable the crosshair, you need to change the boolean value located in the custom made kyle.cog which resides in 16o.GOB. Description: This is a SDK and demo that features the new Unreal Tournament style domination mode for use in Jedi Knight! This file includes the LEC CTF level "The Duel" that has been converted into a domination level and a document teaching JK editors how to add domination to their levels.
The rules of JK Domination are simple. There are 3 control points placed in a level. These control points have that same appearance as the CTF flags in JK CTF except they are gray. In order for teams to gain points, they must secure a control point by walking into them (which turns the control points into the team's color) and then make sure that no other team secures them. The more control points your team secure, the more points your team gains.
Whenever a control point is secured, the team that secured it (and the player that secured it for his team) will gain 5 points. After that, while that control point is still held for that team, that team will then gain 1 point every 3 seconds. However, if another team secures the control point, your team will stop gaining points from that control point and the other team will get the points instead.
In order to keep taps on which control points are secured from which team, status screens are placed through out the level (similar to the score boards in JK CTF) that display which control points have been secured by showing the control point's number in the color of the team that secured it. Keep an eye out for these display screens so you can figure out which control points need to be secured and defended.
As in JK CTF, The level will end whenever a team reaches a score limit or when the time limit is reached. Additional team scoring occurs when players kill the opposing team. They only gain 1 point per kill for both the team and the killer so don't depend on winning just by killing. Unlike JK CTF, you only lose 1 point when you commit suicide, not 2.
Also unlike JK's CTF, there is no lobby and no teleporters for teams in this mod. Everyone starts out in the game like they would in Deathmatch. However, they will already be set to a team when they join (by default, they are set to either red or gold teams.) The "team" console command is NOT disabled in JK Domination so you can switch to other teams while in play. JK domination can support up to 4 teams (not 2 like in JK CTF) so you can choose to be on the green or blue team as well as red and gold.

Description: Based off the Final Force Skinpack from Al MacDonald, this is the official Brigade of Light Skin Pack. Contains a total of 148 skins and 57 new lightsabers, including seventeen 16-bit sabers for your enjoyment.
Also contains a brand new black and silver saber handle and a great new main menu loading screen. This pack works like BFP 2X in that not everyone needs this pack active to join a game. People will see Katarn skins if they don't have the pack active while the host does.
Finally, this pack has a LOT of new sounds for the main Star Wars characters from all 4 of the movies. I will let you find out which skins have new sounds. Also all the skins have proper character names, which the original Final Force for some reason lacked.

Description: This mod was born from the criticism over the lack of depth and animation in the sabers of the original GSP. As a result, these sabers have depth to them, and they also have animation. Includes ten sabers for multiplayer gaming.

Description: This level was just really to improve on my architecture skills: it has a main fighting arena, an underground mining area, and a large, open sabers dueling platform.

Description: You are mercenary/common rascal called Henry Rodder, and your mission for the day is to kill a rebel officer imprisoned at the heart of the the Empire itself, Coruscant. And escape.
The level is quite long, with lots of ships flying around: TIEs, Corellian ships. Nice architecture with buildings rising up to space full of windows, platforms etc... Imperial troopers/commandos storming down corridors shooting to kill... and two cantinas full of shadowy aliens...
It has a variety of puzzles and different goals, but it's not too hard to beat if you have two fingers of forehead. This level will provide a nice half hour of fun, if played properly.
