Description
A very small level made originally for the Ultra Saberists to hold meetings and chat. This level is an original idea (I believe): a level specifically for talking! Even though this level was made for peaceful purposes, it serves as a fantastic saber ground.

Well yes you can talk on it but i'd prefer some rooms and stuff. A little decoration maybe. I don't think its very good as a saber level either because theres not much space for it.
