Description
This a small city which was flooded by a torential storm. It is a saber level. Except for one concusion rifle, Which I hid for myself incase of desperate times. This is a low lag level with little problems.

umm...looks kinda like an SP ( notice how i dont care that i made the first post!)

i dont meen to be rude... but by the screenshot, it doesnt look like its under water... i noticed this in alot of the suposibly "underwater" city and stuff, but there is a sky that hardly looks blocked off by water.
