SWAT Official Level

The Massassi Temple » Levels/Mods » Jedi Knight Multiplayer Level » SWAT Official Level

Description

This level, made by the Apocalyptic Knights and donated to the clan SWAT, was intended to be the perfect conflict zone for NF gunners. The level is highly focused on gameplay, where it isn't always kill or be killed. The art of stealth is accentuated here, as using shadows and outcroppings are vital to your survival. The entire arena is made up of three levels, each one with it's strengths and weaknesses. The lower and main arena level is clad in a omnious shadow, allowing you to traverse the arena without detection. The second level is a sniper haven, where you can seek out those hoping to pass through the center arena and score major frag points. The third, and uppermost level, is a metal catwalk suspended above the sniper and main arena, where you can ambush uncautious enemies. This level is fast paced, and equal opportunity, with enough guns, ammo, and power ups to keep the fight going longer, stronger. Ideal for 4 players, perhaps slightly too large for only 2.

It really is a BIG level but with excellent views for longrange killing. The size will make lag a problem with a couple of players. The gray walls of the hallways are a little bland and the million dollar question: how do you get to the top (with the four towers) without a patch of some sort?

Yes, I made it according to SWAT specifications, which included a large area. The answer to your question is:
1) If your talking about the uppermost level (the metal catwalks) then the answer is simple. On the second level, keep an eye out for ramps leading up at every corner.
2) If you mean the very tippity top with the four buildings (which I believe is what you mean) then the answer is: never intended to be reached. I'm sorry about that misconception.
I'm glad you liked the level. Expect lots of levels from me in the future. As it is, I'm making lots of levels geared at the gameplay enthusiast.

I'm sorry you felt that way about my level, if you would care to be more specific I will be sure to target these problem areas in my next few levels.

I don't see how my level and it's quality pertains to the clan SWAT. In fact, being as it was made by another clan, then it has no effect on it in any manner shape or form. I reccomend you keep your posts regarding the topic, and not against your personal vendictive conflict with a clan.

Once again, if you care to elaborate on exactly what made my level "suck" then I would be more than happy to try and change it in future levels.

Thank you for your input

I think that this level is great! Oh and i have never seen anyone complain about lag in a level, why would you think the very tippy top was made to be accessable, and therefore i saw no problems with the level so maybe its just you and your comp.
