Description
Fully-functional Gravity Gun for JK and MotS. Inspired by, and works in much the same way as the Half-Life 2 one. Versatility is the main goal – It works with any game object in any level (even user-made ones). SP and MP compatible. Replaces the Bryar Pistol.

Comment in a sec
wow I haven't done a level comment in ages
That was pretty cool, it's kinda buggy tho .. kinda annoying having to swing around until the thing locks onto something
And at one point everything was "object too heavy!" and I couldn't move anything
Some things could have been a bit better, such as ramming enemies with a giant pillar of stone killing them instead of just preventing them from moving. Very fun mod to use against a group of Ree-Yees with nothing but fists and a few bottomless pits near by. I couldn't see any major bugs, except some objects wouldn't repsond after a while and would lose their lock on. But the author has admitted objects at close range don't work.
I would give the mod a 9 or a 10 if there was more content and if actual grav gun were kinda pretty, but since it's not terribly detailed nor is it very well-textured, I'm saying an 8 for great implementation and gameplay value. Good job!
As I don't wish to bother with HL2 and this steam thingy, I feel this is as close as I can get to a GravGun. One place I know where to test this would be the Dark Tempests by Flexor. Picking apart his level was quite fun, but not recommended if you wish to stay alive... Oh, and one other thing. Hope you don't mind but I modified the code a little so I could float away on a platform. If you want to talk more about this, let's talk over email or MSN: edward@leuf.org (if email, let subject be "GravGun's Cog").

good job. its amazing that these kind of things can still be made for games this old. they were wonderful when they were made and these games will never die.
good job
interim_jareth: The basic functionality didn't take too long to do, but getting the stack physics (objects falling when they lose support) to work took a while and lots of experimentation. Also had to go through quite a bit of testing, especially in MP.
In some levels the gravgun constantly pulls the target to you, effectively splattering your guts all over the walls.
I tried in this one map to lift a crate, and it sliced my head off cleanly.
