A little small and I didn't see many(any?)weapons, but still very nice.

I give it a 4.

Personally, I think this level was much more interesting and fun than Acrophobia, even though Blood Asp has a history of excellent MP maps. Here's why:

For a novice mapper, this is very good. The archi is not elaborate, but it's not bad either, and the texturing is pretty good considering the general usage of LEC textures. The lighter plugin works wonders, and this is one of the first levels I've seen released so far that makes good use of it.

But here is where the level really shines - gameplay and especially flow. This map had a pretty good pace to it, and was very well structured for someone new to editing JK. I loved how it was built up around several levels, the small tunnelways beneath, the catwalk above - nowhere near its full potential, but it was still satisfying and served its purpose. The destructible wall was a bit obvious, but a nice touch, and I really liked the outermost ledge you had to take a running jump to get to.

Now for some suggestions:
- The sky was acceptable, but a simple conveyor cog can work wonders.
- Rain would have been perfect for this level. The outside area's small, so it wouldn't be hard to implement, but would add so much mood and really liven the pace.
- New elevator 3dos are simple to make, but add a great deal.
- Complement the decent lighting with some more interesting textures. Not bad, but try some new ones other than LEC.
- Many bare walls. While acceptable, try to fill them with something, even a draping vine texture, or take a chunck out of them. Alcoves and ledges are good options as well.

All in all, I think this was a level more about flow than eyecandy. While not perfect, it was very good for what it was, and I have no regrets in giving it a well-deserved 8. :)

(Sorry I didn't realize ratings went up to 10, thought it was on a 1-5 basis)

I give it an 8 aswell.
