This gives you a mini rancor (One tenth actual size), tiny rancor (Half original size), Large Rancor (2X the original), Huge Rancor ( 3X original size), and Giant Rancor (4X original size).

This is my last mod with Rancors. I promise.

The rancor thing was a good start, but being as this is your second mod changing the exact same skin file five times, I would highly recommend trying to further your modding education. Try downloading the trial of MilkShape and try your hand at that. Or maybe download the trial version of Photoshop CS and try your hand at skinning. Just please don't keep releasing resizing mods that take a grand total of five minutes to make, you can do better.

It is not even a skin change...just changing a few numbers with the npc.cfg file...
