it was Very short, it seem it was a buch of Boxes connected to gather
enemys where all light weights, even the last 'strong'one...
you should of spent atlest 2 or 3 more days on this to make it longer,and/or put more deatil
I'll give a 3 for effort
Plus the fact that the boss, took more shots then there was ammo in the entire level, forcing you to use a saber, which with the lack of Jedi-ishness forced into taking alot of damage (having to be close and thus not able to dodge fire).
I encourage the author to use JED instead of JKedit. It's free, has more potential, more options, and in the end is alot easier to use.
I am going to start to laugh and continue to laugh until you close the window. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha...
Don't use so many LEC textures! and really whay everyone else said.
1.) People need eyecandy. They feel the level is incomplete without something shiney.
2.) Make it stand out from the rest of the crowd. There are many awsome levels. Some are serious, but there are some hideous levels that are great, because of little one-liners, or very strange situations.
3.) Make up your own charicters, or recreate something, don't just do the old "[(Jedi*Sith*Lightsaber*Sith*Revenge*Death)]", people just can't handle playing the same thing, only renamed.
4.) Your description was very blan. I'm suprised I downloaded it in the first place, because of it. You were to the point with what the storyline was, but people like to see what happened, not told.
*2/10*
Please try again, ***you have potential.***
Now, I am not dissing on the MP masters, because there are some that have created truly great levels. I'm not saying what they did was easy. But making a brilliant SP takes far more skill.
Don't give up dude that designed this level. This was pretty bad, I gotta agree, but it's about the level I started (and never passed) at. My cogs are just as messed up, I am glad to see I'm not the only one. Your door cog made me laugh, cause I feel your pain. I tried making a door, and the door, instead of just sliding up, like a good door, soars across the room and out another door. I have yet to find anyone who can explain this to me, and that's the entire reason I gave up JK editing. :(
OK, sorry, still bummed about that. BUT, keep working on this. Something that is *very* important to me is storyline. If you have an involved plot, I will rate you high even if the design isn't too good, whereas if the design is good but there's no storyline I won't be impressed. But creative and well done design AND an inventive storyline is what makes you a master. Remember that.
But there were many flaws to this level. But 1st I'll compliment the storyline. It may not be much but I'm a sucker for a good revenge story. I like that the main character kills the guy who killed his son. That sounds like justice to me. But now its time for some ideas:
. The end boss was a tank to kill. He has a lot of HPs. For a nobody, I don't think he should be that powerful. It's not like he's a sith lord or jedi master. He's just a guy.
. Lack of story. We never saw the son. We don't know anything about the characters or the setting. You could explain a lot more.
Those are 2 areas you can improve on but it's decent. It could be better but it could have been worse. So, it wasn't a bad level. I'd say it's worth the download.
