Description
Drops of water echo in this deserted building. Two bases lie opposite each other, seperated by a great abyss. In the center of these bases, surrounded by a maze of corridoors and an array of traps, the flags are hidden. Your task is simple; grab the flag then get out alive.

- The textures were somewhat repetetive. While not a huge factor, a little more variation would have been nice.
- The level is huge, and gameplay would probably be at its best with at least 10-12+ players.
- It seemed to me that the Red Flag was a lot easier to capture than the gold flag. I had alot more trouble figuring out just how to get back into the gold base than I did finding the red flag.
Very good level though. Hopefully we will see an entry buy this author in the upcoming Massgames Level Contest. :)
The main problem with the level for anyone who plays CTF seriously, would be the amount of glitches. Either the people who beta-tested the level were amateur or the author didn't/couldn't fix the glitches that they revealed. Being able to climb pillars and walk on the sky is a VERY significant glitch when it comes to gameplay...and that's why people play CTF...for the gameplay.
There are alot of good ideas and nice architecture implemented here, but the bad texturing and multitude of glitches will keep any serious CTFer from playing this level.
My rating = 6. The authors previous CTF level (Rusty CTF) had the same type of glitches. I would recommend that if he's to release anymore CTF levels, that he let CTFers do the beta-testing (www.nds.cjb.net or www.teamfusion.org).
Well, this CTF level was made for the less "heavy" CTF players. My beta testers were playing just for fun, not to really debug anything but the obvious.
I noticed the sky bug before, and I had a solution (a grate accross the top of the bridge), but it looked really ugly and under reccomendation of others, I removed it, but forgot to put the invisible wall back in :S.
The JK CTF community is making a comeback and many of the players who left to play games like JO are slowly returning.
If necessary, I will remake both of the RCTFs with some balancing modifiers and bug fixes, and release them together with my newer CTF levels.
All my scheming CTF plans won't be started, however, until the MassGames Level Contest is over.
