However. If you ever decide to make another level(Like you wont), few things to keep in mind.

1. That ramp at the top part...Bad feng shui, man. Its better to make people have to force jump up.

2. Ramps were a touch far apart, I'd suggest making it so when you drop from somewhere, you can get to the lower part without dying. Perfect example of "How To Live From Big Drops": Jawa Dwelling SE.

3. I found you couldn't fall off the edges of the building on ALL sides. Always double check your work and run around a level a few times yourself.

All in all, a very significient improvement over your previous endeavor. You can actually duel on the platforms! Major perk there.

Posted: 2002-02-23 7:30 a.m.   Report Abuse first of all you neeed to use the stitching in Jed and if that doesn't work than try lining the textures up by hand rather than just leaving them completely unaligned. The textures make or breake the lvl. The lighting wasn't bad and the cogs were good. Nice touch by making the teleporter random. Overall I give you a 5 because due to the fact that the teleporter was random you couldn't always find the right platform to duel on.

Anyway, not bad level, but not the -worst- I've ever seen. as for the ass that says it's the worst level he's ever seen (and he states he hasn't seen many levels, go figure).. You need a life. You haven't seen many levels, so why waste yours and other peoples' time by making lousy-ass comments like that. Show some constructive criticism. If you don't like the level, tell him how he can make it better; don't flame him and make a fool of yourself. Hell, I can't even make levels, so Samurai is way better than me at that lol. Anyway, good job Samurai and keep up the good work.
