Bespin Mining Station AE

Posted: 2000-12-12 6:46 p.m.   Report Abuse Sheesh, tough crowd. I played this level and it isn't that bad. At least not bad enough to have these severe remarks made about it. Give the guy a break! This level had a little resemblance to the Bespin from Empire Strikes Back, but misalignments hurt it a bit. I ended up giving it a 5. Pretty good try, keep it up man!

Posted: 2000-12-13 6:35 p.m.   Report Abuse I agree with Necron..this level is not that bad. I've played much worse. Besides, for those of us without MotS, this is the best version of Cloud City available.

I hope the author makes more levels based on STAR WARS settings! :)

Posted: 2000-12-14 8:50 p.m.   Report Abuse Hey dude, for this level I have tom be reasonible...this level wasn't that bad, but it could use a few improvements. It was really really good honestly, I swear...it's just if you want to ever do a BE or SE version whatever you wanna call it, you ought to go rent Emnpire Strikes Back or even buy the new trilogy out and watch it and take notes of the cloud city. On that empty plate form, put a falcon out there. Then build another one and put Luke's X-wing out there. Of course in the movie they didn't put it out there but I noticed you had a Shuttle out there which kinda gave me the idea that you made it look like Vader was really there....and if possible add a few new cogs and graphics, maybe even somethign that will suck you out into one of those tubes and made you slide down the tube and all. I mean theres plenty of ideas out there if you can get them to work. The level was great, I was just giving you a few ideas.

Its quite accurate from what you do see of Cloud City. There were some things which weren't that accurate. The tubes at the bottom were good.

A good map based on the mining station from cloud city.The platform,the hallway,the carbonite chamber,the control room,the reactor shaft complex,...everything is well based.

A 9 out of 10.Congrats!
