Well of the 10,000 levels that didn't make the pack, only 3 or 4 were worth keeping IMO. this was one of them, DEFINETELY. Now the first things you need to consider when making a JK level are #1: framerate and #2: gameplay. then you can add the architecture, lighting, atmosphere, etc.

Baron's Hed Deathmatch is one of the most pleasing levels I have played for JK. Superb item placement, design, and overall gameplay make this one of those must-download-now levels.

Excellent use of LEC textures, but lighting and architecture could use some work. However, the gameplay in this level makes it one that's going to stay in my Episode directory for all time. Keep editing Rogue, ye have done well.

Posted: 2000-12-01 7:25 a.m.   Report Abuse Wow, thanks guys. I didn't expect that this would do this good. I haven't actually played a game in it (never really beta tested it or anything) but I tried to make it have as good of flow as possible. It was my first level with this colormap.
