Description

This is a 16 Bit Remake of Battleground Jedi. I've added guns in some hidden areas, so this level can now be played with guns or sabers.

The texturing in this level, while 16bit, is terrible, IMO.

I was ummm thinking ... 16 bit versions of the normal ummm LEC mats... for a richer look? I guess not...

*me barfs at horible design*

ok, 1st off, i like the idea about the lava and lava rock. now, i DON'T like the fact that you messed with it. make it the same as the original design(no added secrets and such), but leave the textures like this one. i bet there's LOTS of lag in 16bit versions, since they are more complex.

No offence, but I can't see how you can call this YOUR first level. This is simply a re-matting of an LEC levelwhich is, im sorry to say this, horribly matted.

i dont mean to critisize your level, but battleground jedi is a saber dueling level, its size was specificly meant for that, it is a rather nice level, but it isnt just a 16bit version of bgj, its a complete modification of bgj.

Ack, This is just an identical match to the real battleground jedi except for the terrible matting.

16 bit levels with horrible textures look just as bad as 256 color levels. It'd help if you'de scale the textures up, and not make ships with rock textures.

I actually played the level, now I see why everyone likes 16-bit maps, unless you don't have a 3d accellerator, then its a rainbow, (I tried it in software mode) here is a few bugs, on the ramp part of the cliff, in the dark, the texture is still 8 bit, and if you look up you missed about .10 jku of sky, and in the ship you have some black sky flagged, other than that I like it, regaurdless of my other comment, and incase it dosen't let me I would give it a ten, (guys, trust me, the level is way better than the screenshots)

Looks WAY NICE!!! I think I saw one (1) comment that did not blast the author of this level. HINT:If you don't have a 3d accelerator then yes, it's gonna look like crap if it runs at all. I would have rated it a 10 but for the guns and some minor details too trivial, in my opinion, to mention. Good work Author...
