New Jedi Knight Multiplayer Level: The Octogon Mines - Deeper Levels - Kedri @ 6:12 PM
File: The Octogon Mines - Deeper Levels
Author: SiCe_JaiKaiman
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: After your previous attempt to escape from the Octogon Mines failed, you now find yourself deeper within its labrynth..... but you are not alone! Will you escape this time?

A 2-8 multiplayer level, good for weapon- and saber-play alike. This level gives you the atmosphere for a truly fast, furious and fun frag fest.
New Jedi Knight Multiplayer Level: Evil Death Match - Kedri @ 5:46 PM
File: Evil Death Match
Author: StarSabers
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: This is a small, fair-sized MP Jedi Knight level for 3 - 8 people (or more). It has thermal detenators, concussion rifle, bowcaster, and other weapons. This level has a few modified weapons (the sabers aren't modifed).
New Jedi Knight Multiplayer Level: Purgatory - Kedri @ 5:17 PM
File: Purgatory
Author: SM Sith Lord
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: What happens when imaginary power is combined with Jedi Knight editing skill? The answer is Purgatory.

It all starts in the battle field, the Imperial troops are invading your hillside village, and you will not stand still and let this turn of events take place. You gather up as many warriors as you can, and march to certain death against the invading Imperial forces.

After just seconds of fighting you realize the battle is futile, but it is better to die on your feet than live on your knees. You drop to the ground from the force of a laser blast travelling through your body. You fall to the ground feeling the pain, the glory, and the horror of dying in war. Your wounded body lies on the cool grass, while others continue to fight over you. The pain of your wounds nearly drives you to insanity, but your pride gives you a sense of peace, knowing that you died fighting for your freedom. Then you begin to wonder if the price you paid was worth it. You begin to wonder if killing the men from the opposing forces, and sending your own people to their death, was all justified. Then your soul is overtaken by fear, the fear of eternity. The human mind was not designed to think upon such abstract ideas, and you begin to not think at all. You no longer have control over your body, and all you can do is gaze, gaze into your past, and what could very well be your future, you gaze into the eyes of your dead corpse, wasting away to nothing... all in the name of war, the name of death, the name of evil.

You are swallowed up by the heavens, to be given the final test. The questing on this test is simple. There are two choices, life or death, blessing or cursing, both for eternity. Now your fate is in your own hands, a place it was never meant to be held. Welcome to Purgatory.

New Mysteries of the Sith Multiplayer Level: OgnobOasis - Kedri @ 5:46 PM
File: OgnobOasis
Author: Ognob and Calyx

New Jedi Knight Multiplayer Level: City Skyliner - Kedri @ 5:31 PM
File: City Skyliner
Author: CavEmaN
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: A construction area on top of a city skyliner. Builders don't work at night, they work in the morning; this leaves the mammoth construction project unguarded for death-defying saber matches. Best suited for Sabers NF--you'll be a fool to play this with force--just don't fall off. Best played with 2-4 people.
Contest Reminder - Brian @ 1:56 PM

"Purgatory" Removed - Kedri @ 5:58 PM
Earlier I had to remove "Purgatory," a JK MP level I posted yesterday, from our server. The author chose to include an image among the various custom mats that violated the End User License Agreement LucasArts sets forth in the creation and distribution of custom JK levels. From what I could see, a lot of work was put into this level, and several of you out there were really looking forward to its release, so it's with much regret that this had to be done. For anyone else that may be out there contemplating something similar to this, please observe the EULA. We do.
Chat Update - Brian @ 3:19 PM
Due to the considerable popularity of Tanks, a game for mIRC, we have updated our chat pages with more information. You can now find a newbie tutorial that talks about the basics of IRC, as well as a Tanks tutorial that will quickly get you up to speed on this FREE IRC game. Note: In order to use Tanks, you must be using mIRC to connect to the chat, not our chat applet. Big thanks to OsIrIs, one of our chat operators, for writing the tutorials.

File: FaLLeN_GuNYarD
Author: Alan Young (frae7)
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2

New Jedi Knight Mod: CIA Mod 1.0 - Kedri @ 4:49 PM
File: CIA Mod 1.0
Author: Willow
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: This is a realistic modification to Jedi Knight. By realistic I mean one-shot kills. This mod was made so that you can play as if you are CIA agents fighting against each other. You can pick up weapons like machine guns and booster rockets, and even a grappling hook! Just watch out: the booster rocket and grappling hook can kill you by hitting yourself against the wall. This is my first mod so don't criticise it too much. Thanks!
New Jedi Knight Multiplayer Level Review: Centrifuge - Reviews @ 7:11 AM

Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2

New Jedi Knight Multiplayer Level: Super Sport Level Pack - Kedri @ 9:32 AM
File: Super Sport Level Pack
Author: Boba_Fett687
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: These are five of my levels put into a pack. Three of these levels are the SS version of their original release; they are cleaned-up and offer much better gameplay. One is Jedi Coliseum (original name Sith Coliseum) since no one liked it for all the light that was in it, and one all-new never-before-released level, Death Star. These are great fast action, large- to medium-sized levels. Enjoy the great game play they offer up. Plus there are more secrets if you can find them...
New Jedi Knight Single Player Level: The Bar - Kedri @ 9:13 AM
File: The Bar
Author: Keith Bengs
Screenshots: Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2
Description: This is a medium-sized level based on Barons Hed. You are escaping from Jerec's troops, whom after his death, are after you. Your ship is at the hangar, and the battle will be deadly.
JK Rbots in Development? - Archimedes @ 8:51 AM
Whilst doing my news rounds, I came across an interesting news item at our very own hosted site, Rbots. Quoth the Raynar:
The JK version of Rbots is now at the top of my priority list. Already the majority of the code is working under the JK engine. Now it's only working out a realistic method of setting the weapon models. I'll keep you guys up to date with the progress...
Be sure to visit the Rbots Forum and comment on Raynar's newfound love for humanity.

Forums - Brian @ 2:28 PM
As you may or may not have heard, we have been having problems with the forums. Last night, the UBB started deleting threads and users, so we took them down. I then installed a new set of forums on this server (the old forums are not on this server). Unfortunately, due to the fact that our server is slower than a 98 year old grandma, we had to take them down. Right now I'm in the process of repairing the old forums, which we will use until we get our new server installed (1-2 months). At that time, we will move back to the new style forums.

Contest Update - Brian @ 4:13 PM
Just a reminder: The level contest ends on November 10th, so be sure to have your contest level in by then. So far I have quite a few VERY good levels. It looks like this is going to be the best (and maybe biggest?) level pack yet! From what I've seen on the showcase forum, there are many more very impressive levels that I'd really like to see submitted.
