Tosche Station
Author: [Takimoto] Reviewer: [SL_Ki-Adi-Mundi]
- Aesthetics:
- Tosche Station is a nice looking level. The architecture is very good. The terrain was done very well, and the textures used on it make it look very nice. The colored lighting in Tosche Station was done superbly. All the right colors in all the right places. The texturing was a bit plain, but the lighting and gameplay make up for it. While there isn't much eye candy, the level in itself just looks good. The only problem I can find is that the lighting and the wall texture outside don't really go together. It looks like a CMP error, but it isn't noticable unless you're looking for it. A 3d card is reccomended to see all of the colored lighting.
- Gameplay:
- Tosche Station plays very well. It's good for sabers or guns. All the items were placed in stategic places and the bigger guns are harder to get to. The level flows very nicely with the terrain, and the framerate is good throughout the level. It's a small level that is almost cramped with 4 players. You can always find someone in the level, it isn't hard to re-supply on guns once you die, but it isn't too easy either, giving it a very nice balance.
- Final Comments:
- Get this level. It's as simple as that. Gunners or saberist. This is a must have.
