Aesthetics:

This mod is basically a new player model: a droideka. The model itself looked great, and after you started running for a bit it changed to a "rolling" model. That was pretty much it. The other effect in the mod was an edited cog that allows you to fire your laser pistol really quick. When you go into first person, however, you can still see yourself holding a gun.

Gameplay:

As mentioned above, the only real gameplay issue was the rapid firing laser. The model of the droid may be neat-looking, but it doesn't affect gameplay. The level I tried with this mod was the first Nar Shaddaa, and the only gameplay issue I noticed was that one could kill enemies a lot quicker.

Final Comments:

Unless you're an absolute fanatic of droidekas, or like to use rapid firing blasters, don't download this mod. I deleted promptly after playing a level with it. The model looks nice, and that's about it. Maybe if the author worked on the shield system, new laser bolts and whatnot...
